AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF OAKLEAF SUBD'IVISION AS A LARGE SCALE
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Patrick L. and Thrasila E. Schanzmeyer,
Gilbert J. and Helen M. Schanzmeyer, and Bernard A. and Norma
Jean Schanzmeyer, owners of the real estate hereinafter de-
scribed and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having
submitted to the Council a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more
particularly described as follows :

Section 2 . It appearing that the Final Development Plan

known as Oakleaf Subdivision, having fully complied with all
the requirements of Section 4 .B (1-a) of Ordinance No. 8508,
by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, ha°ie been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE,
The plat of land owned by Patrick L. and Thrasila E. Schanz-
meyer, Gilbert J. and Helen M. Schanzmeyer and Bernard A. and
Norma Jean Schanzmeyer, known and referred to as Oakleaf Sub-
division, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby
® approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jeff-
erson, Missouri, as a Large Scale Residential Development Dis-
trict, subject to the conditions as set forth in Section 3.
Section 3. Oakleaf Subdivision shall be developed as a
Large Scale Residential Development allowing four-plexes to be
constructed on all lots except Lots 9, 10, 22, 23 , 25 and 26.
The building on Lot 2 must conform to all set-back requirements
or be changed to a duplex. Four (410") foot white pine trees
must be planted twenty (20 ' ) feet on centers at the rear of
Lots 1 through 8 , (planting of trees will not be necessary
where existing trees now grow) . Planting and location of
trees will be controlled by the issuance of building permits
through the office of the Director of Planning and Code En-
forcement. Subdivision construction and development must
occur from Southridge Drive and/or Jefferson Street and not
from Meadow Lake Drive.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
