ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8508 , BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED
EAST OF NELSON DRIVE AND SOUTH OF THE REX WHITTON EXPRESSWAY,
FROM RS-3 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO S (SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
NO. 8508, RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COM-
PLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property
be rezoned from RS-3 (single family) to S (special development) ,
to-wit:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 21, Township 44 , Range 11, in the County of
Cole, Missouri, and being morelarticularly described
as follows : Beginning at the Southwest corner of the
Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said
Section 21; thence N 30 37 ' 54" W, along the Section
Line, 1339 . 76 feet to the southerly line of U. S. Route
50; thence southeasterly, along the southerly line of
said U.S. Route 50 , on the following courses and dis-
tances, S 280 22 ' 29" E, 892. 46 feet; thence S 250
40 ' 53" E, 171. 67 feet; thence S 390 01 ' 31" E, 261.93
feet; thence S 531 26 ' 01" W, 103. 74 feet; thence S
36° 23' 33" E, 53. 95 feet; thence S 420 35 ' 34" E,
4. 63 feet to the Quarter Quarter Section Line; thence
S 820 44 ' 13" W, along the Quarter Quarter Section Line,
518. 03 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in
all 9 . 51 acres, more or less. Bearings are magnetic.

Missouri, being more particularly described as follows :

feet to the southerly line of U.S. Route 50; thence
southeasterly along the southerly line of U.S. Route 50,

southeasterly on a curve to the right, having a radius
