AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING, AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8508 , BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF NELSON DRIVE AND SOUTH OF THE REX WHITTON EXPRESSWAY, FROM RS-3 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO S (SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT) . WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE NO. 8508, RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COM- PLIED WITH. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the following described real property be rezoned from RS-3 (single family) to S (special development) , to-wit: Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 44 , Range 11, in the County of Cole, Missouri, and being morelarticularly described as follows : Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 21; thence N 30 37 ' 54" W, along the Section Line, 1339 . 76 feet to the southerly line of U. S.
