AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF
U. S. ROUTE 50 AND JUST EAST OF WILDWOOD DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, FROM RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) AND RA (MULTIPLE DWELLING)
TO C-4 (PLANNED COMMERCIAL) AND RA (MULTIPLE DWELLING) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508 , RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property be re-
zoned from RS-2 (single family, ) and RA (multiple dwelling) , to
® C-4 (planned commercial) and RA (multiple dwelling) , to-wit:
A tract of land in the west one-half of the North-
west quarter of the Southeast quarter, and the North-
east Quarter of the Southeast quarter, all in Sec-
tion 9, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, Cole County
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
All of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of said Section 9 , and all land bounded by the East
right-of-way line of Wildwood Drive, and the East
line of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter
of said Section 9, shall be zoned C-4 , EXCEPT, the
following described tract which shall be zoned RA:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 9;
thence north along the quarter quarter section line
to the east right-of-way line of Wildwood Drive;
thence northwesterly along the east right-of-way
line of Wildwood Drive, 950 feet more or less, to
a point 250 feet south and parallel to an existing
road; thence S 760 47 ' 20" E, 213 feet more or less;
thence S 130 33 ' 44" E, 810 feet more or less, to a
point 200 feet north and parallel to the south line
of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of
said Section 9; thence easterly parallel to said south
line, to a point 200 feet west and parallel to the
east line of the northeast quarter of the southeast
quarter of said Section 9; thence northerly parallel
to said east line to the quarter section line
thence east, along the quarter section line, 200 feet
more or less to the section line; thence south along
the section line to the quarter quarter line; thence
west along the quarter quarter line, to the point of
beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
