Chairman Sobkoviak called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken.

NEW BUSINESS: 296- 3691.AA 297- 3691.AA 298- 3691.AA
There were three cases, all involving Annexation Amendments, Chairman Sobkoviak read all
three cases, and the Planner summarized his reports as follows.
In February of 1991, the Will County Circuit Court approved the annexation of approximately
350 acres of land along or near Drauden Road and the Du Page River, in Sections 20, 28 and
29 in Plainfield Township. The Annexation Agreement and rezoning are to be provided in
conjunction with this court annexation approval.
The first case subject site includes three parcels totalling about 171 acres of agricultural land on
each side of Drauden Road north of Fond -du -Lac Subdivision. The property is substantially
undeveloped with the exception of two residential dwellings. The proposed agreement provides
for continuation of the existing residential and agricultural uses, the Village portion of the
property taxes will be rebated, waiver of tap -on fees for one residence on each of the three
parcels would be provided. Contiguity to current Village boundaries are from the Fritz farm
east of the Du Page River. The overall site, will include all three of the Annexation Agreements
discussed tonight, those areas that don't have specific Annexation Agreements involved for them
will come in either as AG, Agricultural Zoning or as Res A, Single Family, as the proposals
are presented. The agreement also provides for waiver of annexation fees.
No major issues are associated with this Annexation Agreement. The provisions of this
agreement are typical of those commonly approved in the Village. The property is a significant
portion of the total land area comprising the court approved annexation. This agreement is
therefore instrumental in achieving the larger annexation. Staff recommends approval of the
Annexation Agreement for Marilyn Gehrke, and the proposed zoning.
