ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT PART
OF LOT #11 OF SWIFTS AND THOMPSON SUBDIVISION, WHICH IS 1115
SOUTHWEST BOULEVARD, FROM RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO RA (MULTIPLE
DWELLING) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508, RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That the following described property be re-
zoned from RS-2 (single family) to RA (multiple dwelling) , to-
wit:
Part of Lot No. 11 of Swift and Thompson Subdivision,
per plat of record in Plat Book 1, page 9, Cole County
Recorder' s Office, all in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
a point on the east line of Southwest Boulevard, being
north 80 45 ' West, 610. 0 feet, from the south line of
said Lot No. 11; thence North 80 45' West, 91. 9 feet,
to the north line of said Lot No. 11; thence North
81° 57 ' East, along the north line of Lot No. 11, 234. 9
feet; thence South 80 30' East, 91. 9 feet; thence
South 811 57 ' West, 234. 48 feet, to the point of be-
ginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
