AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING ORDINANCE 8508 , BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST
SIDE OF SOUTHRIDGE DRIVE AT THE EXTREME NORTH END BEHIND THE
PHILLIPS 66 SERVICE STATION, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, FROM
RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508 , RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property be re-
zoned from RS-3 (single family) to C-2 (general commercial) , to-
wit:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and
I part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
I Section 13, Township 44, Range 12, in the County of Cole,
Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of said Section 13; thence N 890 03'
15" E, along the Quarter Section Line, 30. 00 feet to the
point of beginning for this description; said point being
on the east line of a 30 foot roadway easement; thence
N 001 11' 00" E, along said east line, 156. 25 feet to the
north line of a tract of land conveyed to Ruth E. Bultman,
as per deed of record in Book 172, page 246, Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence N 580 43' 42" E, along the north
line of said tract, 41.26 feet; thence S 150 09 ' 00" E,
135. 95 feet; thence S 320 09 ' 00" E, 79. 34 feet to the
northerly line of Old Missouri State Route "C" . now South-
ridge Drive; thence S 580 45' 00" W, along said northerly
line, 94 . 00 feet to the east line of a tract of land con-
veyed to the City of Jefferson, in Book 166, page 61, Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence N 250 30 ' 00" W, along the
east line of said tract, 77. 00 feet to the point of be-
ginning. Containing in all, 0. 35 of an acre.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
