AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY RELIEVING THE STREET COMMISSIONER OF
THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE REGULATION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION
OF PARKING METERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-88, Subsection (c) , Meters -
Installation, by removing the following words therefrom:
" * * * and the Street Commissioner shall be
responsible for the regulation, maintenance
and operation of the meters."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in. full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
