INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE EAST HALF
OF MONROE STREET, BETWEEN WOODLAWN AVENUE AND RUSSELL STREET, AND
ALLOWING PARKING ON THE WEST HALF THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-79, Subsection (a) , Streets and
Highways , of the Code of the City of Jefferson, by striking the
following:
"MONROE STREET, on the west half thereof, between
Woodlawn Avenue and Russell Street."
and inserting in lieu thereof:
"MONROE STREET, on the east half thereof, between
Woodlawn Avenue and Russell Street."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
