EFFERSON, SECTION 23-79, RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
IMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS, BY AMENDING PARAGRAPH (a) THEREOF
Y ADDING A NEW LOCATION TO THE LIST OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS
HERE PARKING IS PROHIBITED.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-79, Parking prohibited at all
- ' times at designated locations, Paragraph (a) , Streets and Highways,
by adding the following new location:
McCarty Street, a distance of 60 feet along the north curb
of West McCarty Street east of the east curb of Washington
Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
