AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8508, BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF CLARK AVENUE AND EAST MILLER STREET,
IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, FROM RA (MULTIPLE DWELLING) , TO C-1
(NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508, RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property
be rezoned from RA (multiple dwelling) , to C-1 (neighborhood
commercial) , to-wit:
Part of Subdivision 38 , of Outlot Nos. 55 and 56 in
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of Clark Avenue (for-
merly Owens Street) , and Miller Street, at the south-
east corner of said Subdivision 38; thence northerly
along Clark Avenue (formerly Owens Street) , 43 feet
0 inches; thence westerly parallel with Miller Street
90 feet 6 inches; thence northerly parallel with Clark
Avenue, 7 feet 0 inches; thence westerly parallel
with Miller Street, 49 feet 6 inches; thence southerly
parallel with Clark Avenue, 50 feet 0 inches, to
Miller Street right-of-way; thence easterly along
Miller Street right-of-way, 140 feet 0 inches, to the
point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
