AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-
40(b) , RELATING TO STOP AND YIELD INTERSECTIONS, AND SPECIFICALLY
THROUGH ROADWAYS, BY ADDING THERETO A NEW THROUGH ROADWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-40, Right of way - Through
roadways, paragraph (b) , by adding the following new through
roadway:
(15) -a Landwehr Hills.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
