Krippel, E. Fortini. EX- OFFICIO PRESENT: M. Gehrke, B. Eichelberger, School Dist. Rep. ALSO PRESENT: P. J. Waldock, Village Planner S. Hart, Secretary Chairman Sobkoviak called the meeting to order at 7 :00 p.m. Roll call was taken. W. Schempf, J. Ray, R. Zimmerman, G. Krahn, J. Eichelberger and G. Bott were absent. There being no additions or corrections, Chairman Sobkoviak declared the minutes of February 18, 1992 approved. Chairman Sobkoviak announced that the River View Estates case would not be heard, because the applicant had not submitted their materials as yet. There is no new date set. Chairman Sobkoviak introduced the new Plan Commission member, Elaine Fortini. DISCUSSION: 1991 Annual Report There being no additions or correction, Chairman Sobkoviak entertained a motion that the 1991 Annual Report be approved and presented to the Village Board. Motion made by M. Krippel, and seconded by D. Norris. Voice Vote, motion carried, will go the Village Board, March 16, 1992. OLD BUSINESS; CASE NO. 237 - 101789 Z Continuation of the Zoning Ordinance update process, discussion of Article three, Administration and Enforcement. Section 9 -29 AMENDMENTS: Delete 5. (First Paragraph) delete "If the Village Board does not concur with the recommendation of the Plan Commission to deny, the favorable vote of three members of the Village Board shall be necessary to pass an ordinance granting the amendment." (Second Paragraph) delete "denied, and shall not thereafter be ranted without a new Public Hearing. and add "approved." (To coincide with the Subdivision Code.) P. Waldock, is to check with J. Harvey pertaining to this paragraph. Section 9 -30 CONDITIONAL USE: Changed to, SPECIAL USE: Any reference to "Conditional Use" will be henceforth be "Special Use" through out the whole Section. P. Waldock, is to check with J. Harvey pertaining to a one year special use. ADD 4. "with owners consent" after lessee and contract purchaser and before of the subject property. CHANGE 6. "Reasonable" to "Reasonably" CHANGE 7. "nonutilization" to non - utilization" Section 9 -31 VARIANCES, AMENDMENTS, SPECIAL USES: CHANGE 1.a. On line 5, add 1150' (fifty) feet to" after within and before one. 1.a. On line 6, add " as determined by Staff." before of "the Village" and after "property" CHANGE 1.b. On line 3 change "of" to "or ". CHANGE 1.b.
