Chairman Sobkoviak called the meeting to order at 7 :00 p.m. Roll
call was taken. W. Schempf, J. Ray, R. Zimmerman, G. Krahn,
J. Eichelberger and G. Bott were absent.
There being no additions or corrections, Chairman Sobkoviak
declared the minutes of February 18, 1992 approved.
Chairman Sobkoviak announced that the River View Estates case would
not be heard, because the applicant had not submitted their
materials as yet. There is no new date set.
Chairman Sobkoviak introduced the new Plan Commission member,
Elaine Fortini.
DISCUSSION: 1991 Annual Report
There being no additions or correction, Chairman Sobkoviak
entertained a motion that the 1991 Annual Report be approved and
presented to the Village Board.
Motion made by M. Krippel, and seconded by D. Norris. Voice Vote,
motion carried, will go the Village Board, March 16, 1992.

process, discussion of Article three,
Administration and Enforcement.
Section 9 -29 AMENDMENTS:
Delete 5. (First Paragraph) delete "If the Village Board
does not concur with the recommendation of the
Plan Commission to deny, the favorable vote of
three members of the Village Board shall be
necessary to pass an ordinance granting the
amendment."
