AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
ODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79,
EATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS
Y ADDING A NEW ROADWAY TO SUBPARAGRAPH (a) , STREETS AND HIGHWAYS :
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
TSSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-79, Parking prohibited at all
imes at designated locations, wherein the driver of a vehicle
shall not park such vehicle at any point on the following roadways,
by adding the following new roadway under Subparagraph (a) Streets
nd highways:
Jay Drive, on the west side thereof, extending four
hundred ninety-five feet south from south curb of Franklin
Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
ffect from and after its passage and approval.
