AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8508, BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED
BETWEEN ST. MARY'S BOULEVARD AND HIGHWAY 50 WEST, IN THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, FROM RA (MULTIPLE DWELLING) , TO C-2 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) .
WHERERAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508, RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property
be rezoned from RA (multiple dwelling) , to C-2 (general commer-
cial) , to-wit:
A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the North-
west Quarter of Section 11, Township 44, Range 12, that
lies between St. Mary' s Boulevard and New Highway 50,
Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described
as follows : Beginning at the northeast corner of the
Northwest Quarter of said Section 11; thence S 02° 56 '
West along the quarter section line, 588 . 33 feet,
to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along
the quarter section line, S 02° 56 ' W, 351. 23 feet;
thence S 580 52 ' W, 301. 50 feet; thence S 710 03 ' 56"
W, 405. 65 feet; thence N 020 25' 05" E, 371. 97 feet,
to the south right-of-way of New Highway 50; thence
N 670 30' 59" E, along said south right-of-way, 677 . 70
feet; thence continuing along said right-of-way line
on a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of
2699. 93 feet and an arc length of 19. 37 feet, to the
true point of beginning. Containing 5. 52 acres more
or less.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
