AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 10,
A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Frank J. and Mildred A. Landwehr, owners of
the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat
of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
A part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 21, Township 44 N, Range 11 W, in the City of
Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, and being more
particularly described as follows: From the Southwest
corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of said Section 21; thence N 830 52 ' 09" E, along the
Quarter Quarter Section Line, 1037. 04 feet to the South-
east corner of a tract of land conveyed to Landwehr
Enterprises, Inc. , as recorded in Book 250 , page 719, Cole
County Recorder' s Office and the point of beginning for
this description; thence continuing N 83° 52' 09" E,
along the Quarter Quarter Section Line, 1108. 96 feet to
the southwest corner of Lot No. 151 of Landwehr Hills
Subdivision, Section 4 , as recorded in Plat Book 7,
page 89 , Cole County Recorder' s office; thence north-
westerly along the west lines of Lot Nos. 151, 152, 153,
and 154 of said Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 4 ,
on the following courses and distances; N 18° 13' 45" W,
138. 76 feet; thence N 410 00 ' 37" W, 85. 26 feet; thence
N 560 45' 27" W, 90. 00 feet to the northwest corner of
, said Lot No. 154; thence N 300 22' 33" E, along the
north line of said Lot No. 154, 132. 85 feet to the north-
east corner thereof and the west line of Carl Lane;
thence N 560 45' 27" W, along the west line of Carl Lane,
60. 08 feet; thence S 300 22' 33" W, 132. 85 feet to a
point on the west line of said Landwehr Hills Subdivision,
Section 4; thence N 560 45' 27" W, along the west line
of said Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 4, and the
northerly extension thereof, 292. 59 feet to the south-
west corner of Lot No. 156 of said Landwehr Hills Sub-
division, Section 4 ; thence N 321 15' 29" W, along the
west lines of Lot Nos. 156 and 157 of said Landwehr Hills
Subdivision, Section 4 , 175. 00 feet to the southeast
corner of Lot No. 239 of Landwehr Hills Subdivision,
Section 7, as per plat of record in Plat Book 9, at page
37, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence S 800 53 ' 45"
W, along the south line of said Lot No. 239 , 243. 17 feet
to the southeast corner of Lot No. 221, Landwehr Hills
Subdivision, Section 6 , as per plat of record in Plat
Book 9, at page 5, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence
southerly on the easterly line of said Landwehr Hills Sub-
division, Section 6 , on the following courses and distances;
S 780 56 ' 00" W, 95. 86 feet; thence S 290 33 ' 32" W,
201.63 feet; thence S 210 00' 23" W, 341.77 feet to the
northeast corner of the said Landwehr Enterprises, Inc.
Tract; thence S 06° 07 ' 51" E, along the east line of
said Landwehr Enterprises, Inc. Tract, 154. 78 feet to the
point of beginning. Containing in all 11. 62 acres.

!+ Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 10,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the re-
quirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949 ,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully com-
plied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that
in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to
plats and subdivisions, have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE,
The plat of land of Frank J. and Mildred A. Landwehr, known
and referred to as Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 10,
lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and
approval of this Ordinance are given the authority and are
hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and
to certify to the approval of said under the seal of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
