AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LINHARDT-KIESLING SUBDIVISION, SECTION
TEN, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Albert L. Linhardt and Roy E. Kiesling, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat
of waid real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
® Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township
44 North, Range 12 West and more particularly described
as follows: Starting at the Southeast corner of Section
11, Township 44 North, Range 12 West thence N 40 00 ' W,
along the East line of said Section, 861. 18 feet; thence
S 64° 40 ' W, 250. 56 feet; thence N 22° 26 ' W, 590. 12
feet; thence N 640 40 ' E, 30. 04 feet to a point on the
easterly right-of-way of Primrose Lane; thence N 220 26'
W, along said easterly right-of-way, 103. 9 feet to the
point of beginning of this description; thence continuing
N 22° 26 ' W, 22. 04 feet; thence N 141 40 ' W, 183. 8 feet;
thence in a Northeasterly direction on a curve to the
right having a radius of 162. 24 feet a distance of 70. 79
feet; thence on a radial bearing of N 790 40' W, a dis-
tance of 60 feet to the westerly right-of-way of a 60
foot road; thence in a Northeasterly direction on a
curve to the right having a radius of 222. 24 feet, a dis-
tance of 194 . 39 feet; thence N 601 27 ' E, 122. 2 feet;
thence in a Northeasterly direction on a curve to the
left having a radius of 144 . 5 feet, a distance of 162. 54
feet; thence N 40 00' W, 127 . 91 feet; thence N 860 00'
E, 210. 0 feet; thence S 40 00' E, 631. 14 feet; thence
S 640 40' W, 288. 0 feet; thence N 220 26 ' W, 50. 0 feet;
thence S 640 40 ' W, 150. 0 feet to the point of beginning
of this description.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivi-
sion, known and referred to as Linhardt-Kiesling Subdivision,
Section Seven, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all
respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of
Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have
been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Sub-
division, and that in all respects the requirements of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
relating to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE,
The plat of land of Albert L. Linhardt and Roy E. Kiesling,
known and referred to as Linhardt-Kiesling Subdivision, Section
Seven, lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat here-
to attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval
of this Ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to
the approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
