AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF MALLRIDGE ADDITION, SECTION ONE, A SUBDIVI-
SION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Roy G. and Judith L. Horridge, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of
said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri , and more particularly described as follows:
_ Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4 , Township 44
North, Range 12 West, in the County of Cole, Missouri,
and being more particularly described as follows: From
the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said
Section 4; thence N 040 10 ' 08" W, along the Section
Line, 580. 47 feet; thence N 860 44 ' 25" E, 853. 37 feet
to the southwest corner of a tract of land as described
in Book 104 , at page 128 , Cole County Recorder' s Office;
thence N 040 10 ' 08" W, along the west line of said tract,
120 . 00 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence N 860
44 ' 25" E, along the north line of said tract 89 . 56 feet
to the point of beginning for this description; thence
continuing N 860 44 ' 25" E, along said north line and the
north line of a tract of land as described in Book 100,
page 36, Cole County Recorder' s Office and the easterly
extension thereof, 766.72 feet to the southeasterly line
of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company' s former main
tract; thence northeast along said southeasterly line on
a curve to the right having a radius of 1399.40 feet, a
distance of 70. 54 feet; thence S 860 44 ' 25" W, 241. 68
feet; thence northwesterly on a curve to the right having
a radius of 256. 17 feet; a distance of 192. 25 feet;
thence N 500 15' 35" W, 260. 00 feet; thence N 390 44 '
25" E, 260. 00 feet; thence N 430 39 ' 19" E, 64. 45 feet;
thence N 040 37 ' 36" E, 170. 39 feet; thence N 010 49 '

30' 00" W, along the City Limits line, 683.50 feet;

feet; thence N 820 01 ' 41" E, 65.00 feet; thence S 390
17' 17" E, 326. 37 feet; thence S 100 15' 35" E, 215. 81
feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all 7. 4
acres. Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Mallridge Addition, Section One, that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the require-
ments of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949 , and
amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and sub-

divisions, have ben complied with, NOW, THEREFORE,
The plat of land of Roy G. and Judith L. Horridge, known
and referred to as Mallridge Addition, Section One, lying, being
and situate within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a
part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor
of the said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, after its passage and approval of this Ordinance
are given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse
acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval
of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
