HomeMy Public PortalAboutORD09175 I j BILL NO. � INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMEN ORDINANCE NO. i AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND MODIFYING THAT PORTION OF THE PLAT OF HOFFMAN SUBDIVISION, WHICH LIES WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Gilbert E. and Gladys E. Hoffman, owners of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: A tract of land situated in and being part of the North- west Quarter of Section 30 , Township 44 North, Range 11 West, and the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24 , Township 44 North, Range 12 West, all in Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 30 , Township 44 North, Range 11 West; thence along the Section line N 851 30' 00" E, 329.78 feet; thence leaving said Section line S 30 23' 20" E, 183. 78 feet; thence S 86° 35' 10" W, 640.00 feet; thence N 4° 58 ' 50" W, 159. 10 feet; thence N 82° 37' 50" E, 315. 55 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 2. 50 acres more or less. Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision known and referred to as Hoffman Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949 , and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and sub- divisions, have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE, The plat of land of Gilbert E. and Gladys E. Hoffman, known and referred to as Hoffman Subdivision, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval of this Ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said i� plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
