AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE A DEED TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PARKING AUTHORITY AND APPROVED BY COUNSEL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: i Section 1. The City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, upon recommendation by the Parking Authority of the ® City of Jefferson, hereby declares it necessary, reasonable and proper to sell and convey the following described real property to Betty J. Buescher and Barbara J. Buescher: The westerly part of Inlot No. 357 and the easterly part of Inlot No. 356 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: From a point on the southerly line of said Inlot No. 357 , which is 70 feet 2 inches westerly from the northeasterly corner thereof; thence northerly parallel with Adams Street 25 feet to the beginning point of this description; thence westerly parallel with the southerly lines of Inlots No. 357 and 356, 53 feet 8 1/2 inches; thence Northerly parallel with Adams Street 35 feet; thence easterly parallel with the southerly lines of Inlots No. 356 and 357, 53 feet 8 1/2 inches; thence southerly parallel with Adams Street 35 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Jefferson, . Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to execute a Corporate Deed conveying the above described real property to Betty J. Buescher and Barbara J. Buescher, for the purchase price of Seven Hundred Fifty-Two and X00/100 ($752. 00) Dollars, provided, however, that the City of Jefferson is granted an Option to repurchase the property at the same purchase price of Seven Hundred Fifty-Two and 00/100 ($752.00) Dollars at such time as the City or its Parking Authority determines that the property is needed by the City of Jefferson; and it is ! further stipulated that the property shall not be used for rental ! parking by the above purchasers.
