ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF TANNER BRIDGE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Clarence A. and Linda K. Phillips, and
Curtis N. and Dee Ellen L. Atkinson, owners of the real estate
hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of said real
estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri,
and more particularly described as follows :
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter
of Section 24, Township 44 N, Range 12 W, in the County
of Cole, City of Jefferson, Missouri, and being more parti-
cularly described as follows: From the Southwest corner
of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 24; thence N 040 08' 00" W, along the Quarter
Quarter Section Line, 496 .00 feet to the point of begin-
ning for this description; thence continuing N 040 08 '
00" W, along the Quarter Quarter Section line, 481. 61
feet; thence N 700 32' 29" E, 201. 91 feet to the center-
line of Tanner Bridge Road; thence S 211 54 ' 25" E, along
the centerline of said Tanner Bridge Road, 450.00 feet;
thence S 68° 05' 35" W, 348. 74 feet to the point of be-
ginning. Containing in all 2. 88 acres. Bearings are
magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Sub-
division, known and referred to as Tanner Bridge Subdivision,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri ,
1949 , and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been
fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision,
and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating
to plats and subdivisions , have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of land of Clarence A. and Linda
K. Phillips, and Curtis N. and Dee Ellen L. Atkinson, lying,
being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of
40 Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
.6 and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval of this
Ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
