OK f1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING, AMEND-� ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY FRONTING ON MYRTLE STREET (FORMERLY OWNED BY THE LA SALETTE SEMINARY) FROM RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) , TO RA (MULTIPLE DWELLING) . WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36 RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS : Section 1. That the following described real estate pro- perty be rezoned from RS-2 (single family) to RA (multiple ! dwelling) , to-wit: A tract of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, and a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the South- east Quarter of said Section 12 , more particularly described as follows: From the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 12; thence N 87° 01' 55" W, along the Section Line, 864. 87 feet to the easterly line of a tract of land as described in Book 231, page 483 , Cole County Recorder ' s Office; thence northerly along said east- erly line, N 04° 12' 53" E, 346 . 45 feet to the north- easterly corner thereof; thence along the north line of said tract, N 890 30 ' 37" W, 20 . 99 feet to the point of beginning for this description; thence continuing along said north line on the following courses and dis- tances, N 890 30 ' 37" W, 286. 36 feet; thence S 020 45' 29" W, 22.40 feet; thence N 870 01' 55" W, 205. 0 feet to the Quarter Section Line; thence north along the Quarter Section Line, N 020 45 ' 29" E, 460. 0 feet; thence S 870 05' 40" E, 491. 14 feet; thence S 20 45 ' 29" W, 425. 75 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to a roadway easement to the City of Jefferson, being a 30 foot strip adjacent to the most westerly line of the above described tract. Section 2.
