AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO AUTHORIZE FRED F. BODE FLOOR COVERING
TO EXECUTE THE REQUIRED TILE WORK AT THE JEFFERSON CITY MEMORIAL
AIRPORT RESTAURANT AS APPROVED BY THE AIRPORT COMMISSION AT THEIR
REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 28, 1978.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby authorized
and directed, for and in the name of the City of Jefferson to authorize
Fred F. Bode Floor Covering to complete the work at Jefferson City
Memorial Airport for the following.
1. Dishwasher Kitchen
a.) Replace present floor tile with slip-proof quarry tile
b.) . Tile all walls five feet from the floor with white
ceramic tile.
2. Cooking Kitchen
a.) Replace present tile floor with vinyl tile
3. Behind Counter
a.) Replace present tile (match present tile) behind the
counter in the walk-way area; from the counter edge
back approximately four feet seven inches (4' 7'7 and
a length approximately twenty-;nine feet, eight inches
(29' 8'5 for the sum of $1,358.00.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
