ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF INGLENOOK SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. J. Sheldon Gentry, owner of the real estate
hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of said real
estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri,
and more particularly described as follows:
® A tract of land lying in the Northeast Quarter of Sec-
tion 14, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, described
by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at an iron
pin which marks the center of Section 14 , Township 44 ,
Range 12 West, run N 050 43 ' West, along the north-
south centerline of said Section 14, 946. 62 feet to
an iron pin then leaving said north-south centerline
N 780 49' East, 150.49 feet; thence N 591 13 ' East,
36. 82 feet; thence S 300 47 ' East, 60. 0 feet; thence
S 060 30' East, 80. 0 feet; thence S 590 22 ' East,
217. 95 feet; thence S 080 44 ' East, 499. 74 feet;
thence S 590 49 ' West, 63.12 feet; thence S 021 38 '
East, 210. 21 feet, to the east-west centerline of
said Section 14; thence S 870 22 ' West, along said
east-west centerline, 347 .56 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing 7. 9 acres, more or less.
Section 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owner of said Sub-
division, known and referred to as Inglenook Subdivision,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri,
1949, and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been
fully complied with by the aforesaid owner of said Subdivision,
and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating
to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of land of J. Sheldon Gentry,
lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and
approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are
hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon
and to certify to the approval of said under the seal of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
