ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LAHR SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO, A SUB-
DIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DES-
CRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Joseph P. and Rita M. Lahr, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat
of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of Private Survey No. 2701, Township 44, Range 11,
in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, and
being more particularly described as follows: From the
Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the North-
west Quarter of Section 22, Township 44 , Range 11;
thence S 830 15' 00" West, along the south line of
Private Survey No. 2701, 902. 26 feet to the point of
beginning for this description; thence continuing
S 831 15' 00" West, along said south line of Private
Survey No. 2701, 354 . 72 feet to the southeast corner
of Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 3 , as per plat
of record in Book 7 , page 74 and 75, Cole County Re-
corder' s Office; thence N 050 18 ' 00" West, along
the east line of said Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Sec-
tion 3, 447. 99 feet to the southwest corner of Lahr
Subdivision, Section 1, as per plat of record in Book
9 , page 79, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence north-
east along the south line of said Lahr Subdivision,
Section 1, on the following courses and distances;
N 841 42 ' 00" East, 128. 85 feet; thence N 841 29 '
00" East, 60. 02 feet to the southwest corner of Lot
No. 53 of Luebbert-Rothove Subdivision, Section 2,
per plat of record in Book 8, page 11, Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence N 831 29 ' 00" East, 101. 91
feet to the southeast corner thereof, said point also
being the northwest corner of Lot No. 48 of Luebbert-
Rothove Subdivision, Section 2; thence southeasterly
along the west lines of Lot Nos. 48, 49 , 50, 51 and 52,
of said Luebbert-Rothove Subdivision, Section 2, on
the following courses and distances; S 11.0 58 ' 00"
East, 92. 68 feet; thence S 130 56 ' 00" East, 353. 35
feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all 3. 28
acres. Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Sub-
division, known and referred to as Lahr Subdivision, Section
Two, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects
the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri,
1949, and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been
fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision,
and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating
to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with,
® NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of land of Joseph P. and Rita
M. Lahr, lying, being and situate within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the
City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its
passage and approval of this ordinance are given the authority
and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat
thereon and to certify to the approval of said under the seal
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
