AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY REPEALINGASECTION 23-95
SUBPARAGRAPH (b) , MID-BLOCK LOADING ZONES ON 100, 200, AND 300 EAST
HIGH STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-95 by repealing subparagraph (b)
of said section which reads as follows:
(b) 7 : 00 A.M. to 10: 00 A.M. The descirbed areas on the
following roadways are loading zones between the hours of 7 : 00
A.M. and 10: 00 A.M. every day except Saturday, Sunday and lega
holidays. No driver of a vehicle shall park such vehicle in
any of these loading zones; except, that commercial vehicles
and trucks may be parked inthese loading zones for fifteen
minutes or less while loading or unloading goods, wares,
merchandise or materials at business places in the area:
High Street, on the south side thereof, from 196. 5
feet east of the east curbline of Jefferson Street to 232. 5
feet east of the east curbline of Jefferson Street.
High Street , on the north side thereof, from two
hundred twenty-five feet east of the east curbline of Jefferso
Street to three hundred seven feet east of the east curbline off
Jefferson Street.
High Street , on the south side thereof, from two
hundred forty-four feet east of the east curbline of Madison
Street to two hundred seventy-nine feet east of the east
curbline of Madison Street.
High Street, on the north side thereof, from one
hundred twenty-nine feet east of the east curbline of Madison
Street to one hundred sixty-three feet east of the east
curbline of Madison Street.
High Street, on the south side thereof, from fifty-two
feet east of the east curbline of Monroe Street to eighty-eight
feet east of the east curbline of Monroe Street.
Section 2, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after it passage and approval.
