AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING PART OF EMPIRE SUBDIVISION WHICH LIES WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS, FROM M-1 AND M-2 (INDUSTRIAL) , TO RA (MULTIPLE DWELLING) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate
property be rezoned from M-1 and M-2 (Industrial) , to RA (multipl
dwelling) , to-wit:

Part of Lot #3 of Empire Subdivision, as per plat of re-
cord in Plat Book 10 , page 27, Cole County Recorder' s
Office, being more patricula.rly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot #3; thence
N 340 36 ' 04" West, along the east line of said Lot #3,
532. 89 feet to the northeast corner thereof; thence
southwesterly along the north line of said Lot #3 , on
• curve to the left having a radius of 1466.48 feet,
• distance of 25. 12 feet to the westerly limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri; thence S 40 21' 52" East,
along the said westerly limits of the City of Jefferson,
652. 35 feet to the south line of said Lot #3;' thence
northeasterly along the south line of said Lot #3, the
following courses and distances: N 700 19 ' E, 140 feet;
N 380 55 ' E, 227. 6 feet to the point of beginning. Con-
taining in all , 2. 52 acres, more or less.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
