AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE A PORTION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF
GREENLEAF ROAD, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO MAKE,
EXECUTE AND DELIVER TO THE PRESENT ADJOINING OWNERS ALL
PROPER AND SUFFICIENT WRITINGS , DEEDS OR INSTRUMENTS TO
EFFECTUATE THE TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . It is hereby declared that the City Council
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, deems it necessary and
expedient to vacate and discontinue:
` Part of Buehrle Subdivision, Section 2 , in the City
i of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more parti-
cularly described as follows :
All of the public street right-of-way known as Green-
leaf Road per Plat of Record in Plat Book 7 , Page 87 ,
Cole County Recorder 's Office .
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said Lot
No. 93 of Buehrle Subdivision Section 2 ; said point being
the intersection of the Southerly right-of-way line of
Greenleaf Road and the Southerly and Westerly right-of-
way line of Satinwood Drive; thence Southwesterly along
the northerly line of said Lot, and also being the
Southerly right-of-way line of Greenleaf Road, 105 . 5
feet, more or less to the most Northwesterly corner
thereof; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of
said Lot No . 93 and the Easterly right-of-way line of
Creenleaf Road 80 . 0 feet, to the most Southwesterly
corner thereof; thence westerly perpendicular to the
Easterly right-of-way line of Greenleaf Road, 60. 0
feet, to the Westerly right-of-way line of Greenleaf
Road; thence Northerly along the Westerly right-of-way
line of Greenleaf Road, 115 . 0 feet, more or less ;
thence Northeasterly along the Northerly right-of-way
line of Greenleaf Road and the Southerly line of said
Lot No . 94 of Buehrle Subdivision Section 2, 145 . 0
feet, more or less to the Southeasterly corner of said
Lot No. 94 and the Westerly right-of-way line of Satin-
wood Drive; thence Southeasterly along a curve to the
left, having a radius of 359 . 27 feet, for a distance
of 60 . 0 feet, more or less , to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid part of Greenleaf Road, in the
City of Jefferson is hereby forever vacated and discontinued as
a public thoroughfare and the right of reversion of such portion
of said street in the adjoining and abutting owner and owners
as is provided by the Statutes of the State of Missouri is
hereby fully confirmed, ratified and approved. The Mayor of
this City is hereby authorized and directed to execute and
deliver all proper and sufficient writings , deeds or instruments
for, on behalf of, and in the name of the City to fully and
completely guarantee to the adjacent and abutting property owner
or owners his or their legal rights in connection with the
above vacation of the aforesaid portion of the aforesaid street.

SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con-
flict with, contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions
of this Ordinance are hereby repealed,
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval ,
