N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79, RELATING
0 PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS BY
DDING A NEW ROADWAY TO SUBPARAGRAPH (a) , STREETS AND HIGHWAYS :
V VE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Section 23-79, Parking prohibited at all
times at designated locations, wherein the driver of a yeh�,cle
POshall not park such vehicle at any point on the following roadways,
by adding the following new roadway under Subparagraph (a.) , Streets
and Highways :
a) Madison Street along the east side thereof a distance of
80 feet , north of the north curb of Woodlawn,
b) Madison, along the east side thereof from a point 100
feet north of the north curb of Woodlawn a distance of 275
feet.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
