N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79 RELATING
0 PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATION BY
DDING A NEW ROADWAY TO SUBPARAGRAPH (a) , STREETS AND HIGHWAYS ;
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Section 23-79, Parking prohibited at All
Imes at designated locations, wherein the driver of 4-vehicle
hall not park such vehicle at any point on the following roadway's,
by adding the following new roadway under Subparagraph (.a)' Streetts
nd Highways;
Jefferson Street, along the west curb thereof, for a
distance of 40 feet north of the alley immediately north of
the Expressway.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
