AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79, RELATING
O PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS BY
DDING A NEW ROADWAY TO SUBPARAGRAPH (a) , STREETS AND-HIGHWAYS :
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Section 23-79, Parking prohibited at all
times at designated locations, wherein the driver of a vehicle
shall not park such vehicle at any point on the following roadways,
® by adding the following new roadway under Subparagraph (a) Streets
and Highways:
a) Monroe Street , 180 feet along the east curb thereof,
north of the north curb of East Dunklin.
b) Madison Street , 100 feet along the east curb thereof ,
north of the north curb of East Dunklin.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
