N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79, RELATING
0 PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS BY
DDING A NEW ROADWAY TO SUBPARAGRAPH (a) , STREETS AND HIGHWAYS :
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-79, Parking prohibited at all
Imes at designated locations, wherein the driver of a vehicle
hall not park such vehicle at any point on the following roadways,
by adding the following new roadway under Subparagraph (a) , Streets
and Highways:
a) Broadway, 90 feet along the east curb thereof, south
of the south curb of West Dunklin.
b) Broadway, 120 feet along the east curb thereof, north
of the north curb of West Dunklin.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
