ORDINANCE NO. 9A
N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-40(b) ,
RELATING TO STOP AND YIELD INTERSECTIONS, AND SPECIFICALLY THROUGH
ROADWAYS, BY ADDING THERETO A NEW THROUGH ROADWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-40, Right of way - Through
roadways, paragraph (b) , by adding the following new through
roadway:
S (25)-a Satinwood Drive
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
