N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MI-SSOURI,, AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-.40(b) ,
ELATING TO STOP AND YIELD INTERSECTIONS, AND SPECIFICALLY THROUGH
OADWAYS, BY ADDING THERETO A NEW THROUGH ROADWAY.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-40, Right of yay Thy.
oadwa s, paragraph (b) , by adding the following new through
roadway:
(6)-a Ellis Boulevard from Tanner Bridge Road to
Greenberry Road.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
