RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL - OPEN SPACE
DISTRICT ESTABLISHING FINANCIAL .INSTRUMENT
SIGNATORIES OF THE DISTRICT FOR SANTA CLAP.A
COUNTY ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional _
Open Space District has passed Ordinance 79-2, dated November 14, 1979
changing the signatories authorized to make disbursements on behalf
of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula.
Regional Open Space District does resolve as follows:
Section 1. The signatures of the present holders of said
offices are as follows, and the Director of Finance of Santa Clara
County is.authorized to make disbursements in an amount less than $50,000.001:on behalf
of the District based' on any two signatures as set. forth below:

Section 2. The signatures of the present holders of said

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District on November 14

at a regular/special meeting thereof, by the following vote:.
AYES: Katherine Duffy, Daniel Wendin, Barbara Green, Nonette*Hanko,
Harry Turner and Richard. Bishop.
NOES: None
ABSTENTIONS: None
ABSENT: Edward G. Shelley

I, the District Clerk/Deputy District Clerk of the Midpeninsula
