N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-87 RELATING
0 PARKING PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN TIMES, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION
UNDER SUBPARAGRAPH (a) , TO BE NAMED (8) DESIGNATING NO PARKING
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7: 30 A.M. and 8: 30 A.M. AND LISTING BOONVILLE
ROAD UNDER THAT SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Section 23-87, Parking prohibited at certai
times, subparagraph (a) , wherein the driver of a vehicle shall not
® park such vehicle at any point on any of the following roadways at
any time, by adding the following roadway:
(8) Boonville Road, on the west curb thereof , north of
West Main Street for a distance of 300 feet.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
