N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-89, RELATING
O ONE HOUR PARKING BY ADDING NEW ROADWAYS TO THE LIST WHERE ONE
OUR PARKING IS PERMITTED.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Section 23-89, One hour parking, wherein
o driver of a vehicle shall park such vehicle for longer than one
our between the hours of 7 : 00 A.M. and 5 : 00 P.M. on any day,
except Sunday or a legal holiday, at any point on the following
roadways, by adding the following new roadways:
a) Ashley Street, on the north side thereof, from
Monroe Street to Madison Street.
b) Monroe Street, on the west side thereof, from
Ashley Street to Dunklin Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
