ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-95, RELATING
TO LOADING ZONES-DESIGNATED LOCATIONS, BY ADDING A LOADING ZONE
ALONG THE EAST CURB OF MADISON STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . Amend Section 23-95, Designated locations,
subparagraph (a) , 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. , wherein the described
areas on the following roadways are loading zones between the hours
of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. every day except Sunday. No driver of a
vehicle shall park such vehicle in any of these named loading zones •
provided, that commercial vehicles and trucks shall be permitted to
park in these loading zones for fifteen minutes or less while
loading or unloading materials at business places in the area, by
adding the following loading zone:
Madison Street, along the east curb thereof, beginning .
at a point eighty feet north of the north curb of Woodlawn
Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
