AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF DEL CERRO SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ott Realty Company, Inc. , owner of the real
estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jeff-
erson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land being in and a part of Outlots #103
® and 111, of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more parti-
cularly described as follows: Beginning at the inter-
section of the southeast line of said Outlot 111 and
the centerline of the outlot alley adjacent to Outlots
111 and 75; thence N 540 57 ' 10" West, along said out-
lot alley centerline, 1233. 73 feet, to the east right-of-
way line of "E1 Dorado Drive" , and the true point of be-
ginning; thence continuing N 540 57 ' 10" West, along
said centerline, 1065. 24 feet to the east right-of-way
line of "Nelson Drive" ; thence southerly along said
east right-of-way line the following courses; thence
on a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of
166.48 feet, and an arc length of 91. 53 feet; thence
S 101 56 ' 33" West, 273. 75 feet; thence on a curve to
the left, said curve having a radius of 288 . 30 feet and
an arc length of 189. 03 feet; thence S 260 37 ' 27" East,
135.20 feet; thence on a curve to the right, said curve
having a radius of 411. 98 feet, and an arc length of
301. 28 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way line
S 740 43 ' 28" East, 187. 60 feet; thence S 140 50' 05"
East, 138. 84 feet; thence N 390 00' 21" East, 250.44
feet; thence N 850 37 ' 47" East, 281.15 feet; thence
S 75° 22 ' 22" East, 60. 0 feet, to the easterly right-
of-way line of "El Dorado Drive"; thence northeasterly
along said right-of-way line the following courses;
thence N 140 37 ' 38" East, 118. 0 feet; thence on a
curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 469. 70
feet and an arc length of 167.40 feet; thence N 350
02 ' 50" East, 65. 0 to the true point of beginning.
Said tract containing 13. 2795 acres, more or less.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owner of said Subdivi-
sion, known and referred to as Del Cerro Subdivision, Section
One, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects
the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri,
1969, and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been
fully complied with by the aforesaid owner of said Subdivision,
and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating
to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with,

NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of land of Ott Realty Company,
Inc. , lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri , as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the
City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its
passage and approval of this ordinance are given the authority
and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat
thereon and to certify to the approval of said under the seal
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
