ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF WILD'S SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Kenneth V. and Laurine G. Wildhaber, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri , having submitted to the Council
a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City,
Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
A part of Outlot #112, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri ,
and being more particularly described as follows : From
the southwesterly corner of Outlot No. 111; thence S
230 35' 00" East, 696. 76 feet to the point of beginning
for this description; thence N 751 30 ' 00" East, 332. 33
feet to the west line of Bald Hill Road; thence S 13°
23 ' 00" East, along the west line of Bald Hill Road,
219. 33 feet; thence continuing along said west line
S 161 11 ' 02" East, 176.16 feet to the north line of a
tract of land conveyed to the City of Jefferson per
deed of record in Book 254 , page 581, Cole County Re-
corder' s Office; thence S 751 30 ' 00" West along the
north line of said tract, 221.73 feet; thence S 780
58 ' 26" West, along said north line 633 . 04 feet; thence
N 051 48 ' West, 247 . 35 feet; thence 14 73° 00 ' 00" East,
35. 99 feet; thence N 600 30 ' 30" Fast, 428 .89 feet;
thence N 750 30 ' 00" East, 32.72 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing in all 6.62 acres. Bearings are
magnetic.
® Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owner of said Subdivi-
sion, known and referred to an Wild' s Subdivision, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the require-
ments of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1969 ,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully com-
plied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and
that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating
to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of land of Kenneth V. and Laurine
G. Wildhaber, lying, being and situate within the corporate i
limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said

plat hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City
Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage
and approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are
hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and
to certify to the approval of said under the seal of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
