N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79, RELATING
0 PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS BY
DDING A NEW ROADWAY TO SUBPARAGRAPH (a) , STREETS AND HIGHWAYS:
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FO THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Section 23-79, Parking prohibited at all
Imes at designated locations, wherein the driver of a vehicle
hall not park such vehicle at any point on the following roadways,
by adding the following new roadway under Subparagraph (a) Streets
nd Highways : Tr Monroe Street , along the curb thereof, a distance of
60 feet south of Union Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
Ifrom and after its passage and approval.
