6. Proposed Ordinance No. 13, Authorizing funds and the authority to file loan application(s)
in the amount of $13,000,000 for the purpose of making loans to residents of the County for
repairing, replacing and/or upgrading residential septic systems, inclusive of sewer
connections and innovative/alternative septic systems, and further, adding to the County's
Fiscal Year 2024 operating budget, as enacted in Ordinance No. 2023-07, by making
supplemental appropriations in the amount of $13,000,000 for the Fiscal Year 2024.
