ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF RIDGEVIEW ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Capital Radar Security Company, owner of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of
said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 23;
thence Northerly along the Quarter Quarter Section
Line, 136 feet more or less to the point of beginning
for this description; thence continuing northerly
along the Quarter Quarter Section Line, 657 feet, more
or less , to the south right-of-way line of Southridge
Drive; thence northeasterly on said right-of-way line
on a curve to the right having a radius of 1466 .48 feet,
a distance of 24 feet more or less; thence S 34° 36 ' 04"
East, 532. 89 feet; thence S 38° 55 ' 00" West, 227.60
feet; thence S 700 19 ' 00" West, 141 feet more or less,
to the point of beginning for this description.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owner of said Subdivision
known and referred to as Ridgeview Estates, that all taxes have
been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1969, and amendments thereto,
entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid
owner of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the require-
ments of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have
been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of land of Capital Radar Security
Company, lying, being and situate within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
�' hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval
of this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
