AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY REPEALING SECTION 23-132 AND ANY
RDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND ENACTING
A NEW SECTION 23-132 IN LIEU THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-132, Failure to pay parking ' ag rage fees
is hereby repealed as well as any ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith and a new Section 23-132 enacted in lieu
thereof to read as follows:
Section 23-132. Failure to pay parking garag a fees.
It shall be unlawful for any person to remove any motor vehicl
from the municipal parking garage without first paying the
attendant on duty the amount due the city for the period of
time the motor vehicle was parked within the garage; provided,
that this section shall not apply to holders of currently vali
parkards. Rental on lots shall be paid quarterly and written
notice of cancellation shall be received by the Parking Author ty
Office by the first day of the next quarter or tenant will be
charged for the full month.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
