N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY REPEALING SECTION 23-128,
�NONRESERVED PARKING, AND ANY OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION 23-128, NONRESERVED
ARKING AT CITY PARKING GARAGE IN LIEU THEREOF.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
S FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 23-128 is hereby repealed as well as any
other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith and a
new Section 23-128, Nonreserved Parking at City Parking Garage,
or enacted in lieu thereof to read as follows:
Each person parking a motor vehicle in the nonreserved
parking spaces within the municipal parking garage shall pay
the sum of twenty cents for the first hour, or any fraction
thereof, during which the motor vehicle is Parked, and
fifteen cents for the second hour, or any fraction thereof;
fifteen cents for the third hour, or any fraction thereof;
fifteen cents for the fourth hour, or any fraction thereof;
and ten cents for each hour or fraction thereof after the
fourth hour.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
