M: 11INTRODUCED 13Y COUNCILMAN ORDINANCE NO._1 . � IAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE �OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-115. 1 , BIMONTHLY PARKING FEES, BY REPEALING SAID SECTION AND ANY ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND ENACTING. A NEW !SECTION 23-115. 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Amend Section 23-115. 1 Monthly Parking Fees, by repealing said Section and any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, and enacting a new Section 115. 1 to read as follows : The parking authority is hereby authorized to charge the following monthly fees for each parking space: (a) Lot No. 1, 200 Jefferson Street. Fifteen dollars; except, that five substandard spaces for compact vehicles shall be ten dollars per month. (b) Lot No. 2, 200 East Capitol Avenue. Fifteen dollars (c) Lot No. 4, 200 Monroe Street. Nine dollars. (d) Lot No. 5, 500 East Capitol Avenue. Seven dollars. (e) Lot No. 6 , 400 East High Street. Seven dollars. (f) Lot No. 13, 300 East High Street. Eight dollars. (g) Lot No. 14-16, 400 East High Street. Six dollars. (h) Lot No. 15, 300 Adams Street. Six dollars. (i) Lot No. 17, 100 Monroe Street. Ten dollars; except , that four substandard spaces for compact vehciles shall be seven dollars per month. (j ) Lot No. 18, 100 Adams Street. Eight dollars. (k) Lot No. 22 , 100 East McCarty Street. Seven dollars. (1) Lot No. 24, Corner of McCarty and Adams Street. , . � Six dollars. (m) Lot No. 25, 500 Jefferson Street. Five dollars. (n) Lot No. 27, 400 West High Street. Five dollars. (o) Lot No. 28, 300 Walnut Street. Five dollars. (p) Lot No. 29, 400 West Main Street. Six dollars. (q) Lot No. 39, 400 Broadway Street. Seven dollars and fifty cents. (r) First floor of parking garage. Twenty-five dollars; except, that two substandard spaces for compact vehicles shall be fifteen dollars per month. Section 2.
