N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-102 RELATING
TO REMOVAL AND DISPOSITION OF ABANDONED OR DISABLED VEHICLES BY
EPEALING SUBSECTION (c) OF SAID SECTION AND ANY ORDINANCES OR
ARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, REGARDING TOWING AND
STORAGE FEES ON DISABLED CARS.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-102 Removal and disposition of
abandoned or disabled vehicles, by repealing subsection (c) of
said Section 23-102 and any other ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith, .regarding towing and storage fees on disabled
cars.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
