AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY REPEALING PARAGRAPH (c) FISCAL
OFFICER, FROM SECTION 2-153 CITY CLERK, DUTIES OF, AND RE-LETTERING
THE REMAINING PARAGRAPHS IN SAID SECTION 2-153.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Paragraph (c) Fiscal Officer, of Section 2-153 is
hereby repealed and the remaining paragraphs of said section are
re-lettered as follows:
Change paragraph (d) to (c) , (e) to (d) , (f) to (e) ,
(g) to (f) , and (h) to (g) .
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in fullforce and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
