AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF PRIMROSE VALLEY ESTATES, SECTION ONE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CIT`. OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Willard W. and Lenora E. Manning, owners of
the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat
of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land in the southeast quarter of Section 1.1,
Township 44, Range 12 West, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
northeast corner of the southeast quarter of said Section
