AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANCING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING CAHPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED IN MALL RIDGE ADDITION, FROM C-4
(PLANNED COMMERCIAL) , TO RD (DUPLEX) AND RA (MULTIPLE DWELLING) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SER FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate pro-
perty be rezoned from C-4 (planned commercial) , to RD (duplex)
and RA (multiple dwelling) , to-wit:
The following description is from C-4 to RD (duplex) :
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4 , Township 44
North, Range 12 West, in the County of Cole, Missouri,
and being more particularly described as follows: Be-
ginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 4; thence
N 040 10 ' 08" West, 580. 47 feet along the Section line;
thence N 860 44 ' 25" East, 673. : 7 feet to the point of
beginning for this description; thence N 5° 13 ' 43"
West, 592. 73 feet; thence N 82° 01' 41" East, 70 feet;
thence S 390 17 ' 17" East, 326. 37 feet; thence S 100
15 ' 37" East, 215. 81 feet; thence S 861 44 ' 25" West,
