AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH HARRY F. LAUF AND JUNE L.LAUF TO PURCHASE PROPERTY FOR
RIGHT-OF-WAY AND NECESSARY SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
ON STADIUM BOULEVARD WEST.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to
enter into an agreement with Harry F. Lauf and June L. Lauf
to purchase property for right-of-way and necessary surface
water drainage easements on Stadium Boulevard West for the
Alk sum of $14, 700. 00.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, are further authorized and directed to execute the
proper documents to purchase said land herein described and
located in Cole County Missouri, to-wit :
A strip of land 100. 00 feet in width lying in and
being a part of the Northeast Quarter cf the Southwest
Quarter and part of the Southeast Quarter of the South-
west Quarter of Section 1.1, Township 44 North, Range
12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri., the centerline of said strip being more
particularly described as follows :
From the Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of said Section 11, thence
S86010 '03" W, along the Quarter section line, 797.3
feet ; thence S25008'20"E, 1. 96 feet; thence southerly
on a curve to the right, having a radius of 1273. 24
feet, a distance of 973. 36 feet; thence S18039 '45"W,
297 . 0 feet to a point on the north line of a tract
conveyed to John M. and Ida C. Lauf, per deed of
record in Book 68, page 344, Cole County Recorder' s
Office, and being the point of beginning for this
description; thence continuing S18039 '45"W, 222.47
feet; thence southerly on a curve to the left, having
a radius of 1145 . 92 feet, a distance of 550. 67 reet;
thence S8052 '15"E, 434. 33 feet ; thence southerly on a
curve to the left, having a radius of 1065 . 31 feet,
a distance of 334.84 feet to the south line of said
Section 11 and the point of termination. Containing
3.54 acres more or less .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE , made on the day of A.D. ,
One Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Nine, by and between Harry F.
Lauf and June L. Lauf, his wife, of the County of Cole, in the State
of Missouri, parties of the first part , and the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, . a municipal corporation of the third class of the County of
Cole, State of Missouri, acting through the City Council of the City
of Jefferson, of the County of Cole, State of Missouri, party of the
Second Part.
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the First Part in consider-
ation of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable consider-
ations --------------------------DOLLARS to them paid by the said
pares of the Second Part , the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
do by these presents , GRANT, BARGAIN AND
SELL, CONVEY AND CONFIRM unto saitl pares of the Second Part, their
successors, heirs and assigns , the following described lots , tracts or
parcels of land lying, being and situate in the County of Cole, State
of Missouri, to-wit:
A strip of land 100.00 feet in width lying in and being a part of
the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and part of the South-
east Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11 , Township 44
North,, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,

Containing 3. 54 acres more or less.
As conditions precedent upon and to the foregoing grant, the party
of the Second part agrees to the following covenants :
1 . The party of the second part agrees to build said
• roadway at no cost to property owner.
2 . To final grade, fertilize, seed and mulch all dis-
turbed areas , which are not paved and insure the
protection within reason of all trees in the right-
of-way.
3. To allow three (3) 60 foot right-of-way access points
along the western right-of-way line as described,
to include the option of one private drive entrance
to serve the northwest corner of the tract of land
lying between the roadway and Frog Hollow Creek;
and to allow private drive access points along the,
eastern right-of-way line provide these shall be no
more than one (1) per 200 linear feet of fronting
property. Provided all private drive entrances allowed
shall have off street turning areas to avoid backing
on to the proposed street.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the premises aforesaid, with all and sing-
ular the rights , privileges , appurtenances and immunities thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, unto the said party of the
second part and unto its successors and assigns forever, the said
parties of the first. part hereby convenanting that the said premises
are free and clear from any incumbrance done or suffered by it or
those under whom it claims ; and that it will warrant. and defend the
title of the said premises unto the said party of the second part
